This small bottle vase features Rosella, which I saw on the Jatbula Trail in the Northern Territory.
The narrow, asymmetrical pot is handbuilt in grainy white clay, painted with multiple shades of underglaze and carved to create the botanical design. It is glazed inside and on the leaves and flowers only, leaving the textured clay background bare.
