I ship to Australia and most countries worldwide. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
Shipping anywhere in Australia is $20. Local pick-up is available by appointment from McKinnon in south-east Melbourne.
International shipping is calculated at checkout. The rate is based on destination, size and total weight of your order. As a guide, to ship a single item (in AUD):
New Zealand: from $30 (cup) t0 $85 (large vase)
Asia Pacific: from $40 (cup) to $180 (large vase)
US & Canada: from $50 (cup) to $190 (large vase)
Western Europe inc. UK: from $45 (cup) to $140 (large vase)
Other regions: from $65 (cup) to $220 (large vase)
You are responsible for payment of any customs duties in your country.
Packaging
I pack all items very carefully to avoid breakage. I use clean recycled and repurposed packaging materials (foam, bubble wrap, paper, cardboard) where possible, and supplement this with purchased recycled and biodegradable packaging.
Caring for ceramics
Stoneware ceramic is durable if treated with care. All my work is made with food-safe (non-toxic) materials and can safely hold boiling water. Cups and bowls are microwavable and can go in the dishwasher, although handwashing is recommended to preserve the surface over time.
Refunds and returns
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any concerns after receiving your parcel. I will accept returns within one week for a full refund minus the cost of postage.
