This medium vase or carafe with a pouring lip features Pink-flowering Ironbark, a eucalyptus I see on local walks in Victoria.
The pot is coil-built in grainy dark clay, painted with multiple shades of underglaze and carved to create the botanical design. It is glazed inside and on the leaves and flowers only, leaving the textured clay background bare.
