Indigo Flowering Ironbark
This small vase features the delicate flowers and leaves of Pink-Flowering Ironbark (Eucalyptus sideroxylon) from my home state of Victoria.
The vase is coil-built in white clay, painted with indigo underglaze, and carved to create the botanical design. It is clear glazed on the inside. The outside is unglazed and matte, with a slight sheen on the indigo design.
