Indigo Cups - Round-Leaf Mallee
Each of my handbuilt cups is a one-off creation, built slowly with love and care. Featuring my favourite plants, these are little pieces of original ceramic art that can be used every day.
The cups are lovely to hold and suitable for hot and cold drinks, desserts or storing trinkets. They are food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, although handwashing is recommended to preserve the surface over time.
Round-Leaf Mallee is inspired by my favourite desert eucalypt. Each cup is pinched from smooth white clay with an attached foot ring. The surface is painted with indigo underglaze and. carved to create the botanical design. The inside is glazed, while the outside is unglazed and matte.
