Indigo Geranium
This small vase features Native Geranium (Pelargonium australe) from my local area in south-eastern Australia.
The vase is built in white clay, painted with underglaze, and carved to create the botanical design. A matt-satin glaze is applied to the plants, leaving the carved clay bare. The inside is clear-glazed.
