Australian Indigo Bowl (Large)
This large bowl features Australian Indigo, which grows in my home state of Victoria.
The vase is coil-built in white clay, painted with indigo underglaze, and carved to create the botanical design. It is clear glazed on the inside only. The outside is unglazed; the clay is matte white, while the plants have a slight satin sheen.
